Kelly has worked in the finance industry since 1996, has held directorships on client boards since 2013 and has acted as a JFSC approved director since 2016.

Kelly is an experienced leader in fund and corporate administration and acted as the Head of Operations for the Real Assets division of a global financial services provider. She has developed expertise in real estate investment structures including unit trusts, private companies, limited partnerships and Jersey Private Funds.

Kelly holds a BSc (Hons) in Financial Services and a Diploma in Financial Services Management from the Institute of Financial Services.
